These General Terms of Sale ("GTS") govern all luxury concierge services provided by Gorex Group SA ("GOREX LUXURY CONCIERGE") to its customers ("the Customer"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTS.
The GTS apply to the concierge, executive assistance, travel, lifestyle and security services offered by GOREX LUXURY CONCIERGE. They prevail over any other document of the Customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Each service is the subject of a quotation specifying its nature, price and terms. The contract is formed by acceptance of the quotation (signature or electronic validation) and, where applicable, by payment of the deposit. Urgent requests may be confirmed in writing (email) to ensure traceability.
Prices are expressed in euros. The VAT regime is determined by the status of the Customer:
Third-party provider costs (hotels, carriers, ticketing) are re-invoiced to the Customer under the agreed terms.
Services depend on the availability of partner suppliers. GOREX LUXURY CONCIERGE endeavours to respond to requests as promptly as possible, without any guarantee of availability. Any modification requested by the Customer may result in a price adjustment and is subject to the written acceptance of GOREX LUXURY CONCIERGE.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of their issue date, by transfer to the professional bank account indicated. Urgent or high-value services may require advance payment. A structured communication (OGM/VCS) may be mentioned on the invoice to facilitate payment reconciliation.
Any late payment automatically entails, without prior notice, late-payment interest at the increased Belgian legal rate, as well as a flat-rate compensation of €40 for recovery costs (Article 6.6 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). Unpaid invoices are subject to reminders and, where applicable, formal notice.
For business customers established in Belgium, the invoice may be issued and transmitted electronically via the Peppol network, in UBL 2.1 format (Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 / EN 16931 standard), in accordance with Belgian electronic invoicing regulations.
Cancellation conditions are specified per service. Failing that:
Non-refundable costs incurred with third-party providers remain due by the Customer.
The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information, to cooperate loyally, to comply with the conditions of partner suppliers, and to pay the amounts due. The Customer is responsible for the travel documents (passport, visa, insurance) relating to them and the persons they represent.
GOREX LUXURY CONCIERGE is bound by a best-efforts obligation. Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure, the act of a third-party provider, incorrect information provided by the Customer, or an event beyond its control (strikes, weather conditions, administrative decisions). In any event, the liability of GOREX LUXURY CONCIERGE is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the service concerned, without prejudice to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
Discretion is at the heart of GOREX LUXURY CONCIERGE's commitments. Information relating to the Customer and the services is treated as strictly confidential, within the limits of the Privacy policy and legal obligations.
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy, compliant with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018. The Customer notably has the rights of access, rectification and erasure, exercisable at concierge@gorex.com.
No party shall be liable for a failure resulting from an event of force majeure within the meaning of Belgian law. The affected party shall inform the other as soon as possible.
The GTS are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of the district of the registered office of Gorex Group SA have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
