Cookies and local storage

Version 1.0 · Last updated: 2025

This policy explains how GOREX LUXURY CONCIERGE uses cookies and local storage technologies, and how you can control them. It complements the Privacy policy.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Mobile and web applications also use an equivalent local storage (localStorage, shared preferences). These technologies enable the service to function and to remember your preferences.

2. Cookies and storage used

GOREX LUXURY CONCIERGE applies a minimalist approach, in the service of discretion:

ElementTypePurposeConsent
Session / authenticationLocal storageOperation of the serviceNecessary
Display preferences (language, theme)Local storageEase of useNecessary
Application data (cache)Local storagePerformance / offlineNecessary
Audience measurement—Not used—
Advertising / third-party trackers—Not used—

3. Strictly necessary cookies

These elements are essential for the operation of the application (session, security, preferences). They do not require prior consent, in accordance with the regulations. Disabling them would prevent normal use of the service.

4. No advertising cookies and no tracking

GOREX LUXURY CONCIERGE sets no advertising cookies or third-party behavioural tracking. No data is resold for marketing purposes. The web application's rendering engine (CanvasKit) is loaded from a trusted delivery network; no advertising profile is built.

5. Consent and management

Since only strictly necessary cookies are used, no consent banner is required. You may at any time delete the local storage via your browser or device settings, or by clearing the application data. This action resets your session.

6. Retention periods

7. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection regarding your data. For any question about cookies, write to concierge@gorex.com.
